Logues Watches come with a 2-year warranty, covering any manufacturing defects. Please retain your proof of purchase to claim the warranty.

How do I initiate a return?

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your watch within 7 days of delivery. The watch must be in its original, unused condition, with all packaging and tags intact. Please contact our customer service to initiate the return process.

Are Logues Watches water-resistant?

Yes, Logues Watches are 3ATM water-resistant. This means they can withstand splashes or brief immersion in water but are not suitable for swimming or bathing.

What is covered under the warranty?

The 2-year warranty covers manufacturing defects in the watch movement, hands, and dial. It does not cover wear and tear, battery, crystal, strap, or water damage due to improper use.

Can I exchange my watch?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. However, you can return your watch within the 7-day return period and place a new order for the desired model.
